About Us

We are an independent educational support company offering private ADHD assessments in the North West of the UK. We also offer  high quality multidisciplinary services such as specialist educational needs support and psychological assessment, therapy, training, consultation and supervision to schools across  the United Kingdom. Now that mental health is to be embedded in The National Curriculum we believe there has never been a greater need for educational and psychological professionals to work in partnership to enable every child, school, staff and family member to reach their potential.


Mr Kevin Egan

Company Director & SENCO 

Kevin is an experienced senior primary school teacher specialising in special educational needs ,trained in supervision and reflective practice in schools. Kevin holds the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination. Kevin is a Designated Safeguarding Lead and Mental Health First Aider. Kevin is an approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled supervisor with unique insight into the challenges of teaching and caring for children with complex additional needs in education.

Dr Louise Egan

Clinical Psychologist & Managing Clinical Director 

Louise is an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Senior Fellow of The Higher Education Academy. Louise has delivered training to multidisciplinary professionals in statutory and independent services over the past 20 years.

Staff Wellbeing/Senior Leadership
We offering schools various options for staff supervision:

1. Supervision from a clinical psychologist with over 16 years’ experience offering supervision and supervision training to professionals in statutory services. Louise is a warm, approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable and highly skilled supervisor trained in a number of supervision models and reflective practice. She is a positively upbeat, containing supervisor who is also able to help problem solve. A safe space in supervision will be provided to reflect on being a teacher/senior leader/manager, the emotional impact of being a teacher and caring for children with complex needs as well as developing helpful action plans. The cost of this option is £100 per hour.

2. Supervision from an experienced teacher specialising in special educational needs trained in supervision and reflective practice in schools. Kevin is an approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled supervisor with unique insight into the challenges of being a senior leader in a primary school, teaching and caring for children with complex additional needs in education. £65 per hour all seen on the same day in school on a Friday.
